Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment and shipped via:

o TIP-SA Spanish Peninsula - with delivery signed in 48 working hours.

o Correos Peninsula Española - with delivery signed in 48 working hours.

o EU Post - delivery without signature in 5-7 business days.

o DHL EU - with delivery signed in 48 business hours.

o DHL WorldWide: with delivery with signature in 3-5 business days.

If you prefer delivery by DHL Extra with required signature, an additional cost will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping choice you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.

The boxes are oversized and your items are well protected.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Various types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to ventas@soyecologic.com and send your item to: Best Licencias, SL, Calle Brañuelas, 31, 28947, Fuenlabrada, Madrid, Spain.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift sent the order to himself to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift and he will know of your return.

Transport

To return your product you must send us an email to ventas@smarty-shirts.com and send your article to: Best Licencias, SL, Calle Brañuelas, 31, 28947, Fuenlabrada, Madrid, Spain.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over € 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
